On today’s edition of THE DREAM LIST, we have New York-based interior and furniture, Nicholas Obeid. Obeid founded his NYC-based firm in 2018 and his interior design work maintains a mindful mix of old and new, each project completed with the intention of feeling spirited.

Rooted in his obsession with light, shapes and shadows, his approach to design is about storytelling through compelling compositions. His furniture and lighting collection, launched this year, is focused on American craftsmanship and the tension between architectural rigidity and soft elegance, inspired by his belief in the power of living with style.

Named to Elle Decor’s A-List, wallpaper* USA 400, and recognized by Architectural Digest, Interior Design and T Magazine, his studio’s dimensional interiors and distinctive product demonstrate his visual sensitivity and unique lens.

  2. Favorite Chair? The Lodge chair by Etorre Sottsass. Last year I recovered one in a buttery mohair for a project in Chelsea and must collect one of my own. The parsons legs and metal detail are just perfect.
